The Boulevard del Gran Capitán is a pleasant pedestrian promenade in the heart of Cordoba’s commercial centre. Flanked by trees, benches and lampposts, it often hosts cultural fairs and exhibitions, making it an exhibition and recreational space.
It has a quiet and familiar atmosphere and is ideal to feel the rhythm of the city. It begins at the foot of the Church of San Nicolás de La villa and ends in the central street Ronda de los Tejares, full of shops. It is a very popular meeting point for the people of Cordoba.
