Part of a Moorish castle (built over the former
Roman gate) that controlled access to the city
and rebuilt in the 14th century, the tower hosts
the Living Museum of Al-Andalus. Here we can
see different examples of how the Jewish, Muslim
and Christian cultures lived side by side
in medieval Cordoba. On display are Moorish
surgical instruments, musical instruments and
models of buildings.
